Aged sur lie in 30% new French oak, 100% Chardonnay sourced from two vineyards in the Yakima Valley. This wine pushes plenty of fruit with the hint or pear and melon. Its voluminous mouth feel finished with a crisp sweetness. Drinking well now through 2016.

Approaching this wine delivers aromas of Cherry and toasted oak. With a soft mouth feel flavors of Raspberry, currant and spice linger giving way to notes of Blackberry on the finish.

Well-structured with balanced the nose offers aromas of Boysenberry and mineral. Berry and mineral carry over the tongue mingled with flavors of currant. This wine continues to linger with a generous finish offering flavors of plumb and black currant.

With a slight dominance of Walla Walla fruit the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon displays complexity and structure offset with a roundness of fruit brought in by the addition of our Yakima vineyards. Flavors of blackberry mingle with a hint of spice, giving way to black currant through a full middle, finishing with a bit of wood smoke lasting more than a minute on the tongue.

Only 52 cases produced this single vineyard single lot wine in mostly used French oak for 21 months. On the nose refined spice is balanced by a hint of boysenberry. The spice continues through the palate with a more defined hint of white pepper rounded out with smooth layers of blueberry, plumb, and mocha supported by gentle tannins providing a sophisticated finish.
